Inspiration of this observational work:
The piece was inspired by the warmth of summer when I came across this peculiar type of flower just sticking out randomly from a small watering-can. It was the colours that inspired me to sit down and paint the image before my eyes! The bright yellows contrasted so well with the cold blues...reminding me of how sunshine can glow even when you are emotionally feeling the lowest--you just have to search deep within yourself for the rays of light when you need them. ^^ Flowers are such lovely pieces of nature, so I guess they are my piece of sunshine when I feel down.
Medium: Acrylic Paint
Size: A5.
Paper: Just ordinary sugar paper.
This was drawn a while ago and it is done completely in Acrylic. ^^ Took about, all together, 5 hours.
